Forms Press

Model NM1000 Fixed size web offset press, web width 20-1/2”, speed 1000 FPM. Roll to roll, roll to fold and roll to sheet. Standard 14”, 17”, 22” and 24” cylinder circumferences, commercial quality inker, promotional graphics capabilities. The model NMC 1000 has oil bath lubrication and additional make-ready features.

 

Model 990 Narrow web long grain 8 page web offset commercial press, web width 20-1/2”, speed 1000 FPM (31,000 IPH.). Perfecting print units are designed to produce the highest quality process color work.  Can be provided with heat set drying and available with or without in-line finishing.

Model VS1020 Automated, variable size web offset press, web width 20 1/2", speed 1000 FPM.  Multi-purpose chassis with imposing commercial inker, running 360° registration on all functions, auto gap and auto zero and job storage and recall. Maximum flexibility in printing and finishing.

 

 

Model VS1230 & VS1220 Variable size web offset press, web width of 20-1/2" and 30-1/2”, speed 1200 FPM.  Three cylinder interchangeable print cartridges, interchangeable processing unit cartridges for punch and perf.  Commercial quality inker, oil bath lubrication. The model VS1220 has a web width of 20-1/2”.

Model VS1540 Variable size high production press featuring heavy duty construction and superior print quality. Production speeds up to 1500 FPM.  Web widths up to 40" and circumferences up to 44".  Multi-purpose chassis with a commercial quality inker, running 360° registration on all functions, auto gap, auto zero and job storage and recall.

 

Stock Forms Press

Model ST1832 Fixed size high speed stock forms press featuring heavy duty construction and durability. Roll to roll and roll to fold with production speeds up to 1800 FPM, 33” circumference, 32-1/2” web width. The VST1832 model is a variable size, high speed stock forms press and offers the flexibility of size changes to broaden the range of jobs it can handle.
